# Cancelamento de Plano do Site Rápido Web

Acesse o menu lateral do Box Agência Web e clique em "Sites".

Escolha o site no qual você deseja cancelar o plano.

No campo "Plano", selecione o plano que você deseja cancelar e clique em "Editar".

Na popup "Editar Plano", desça até o final da página onde você encontrará o botão "Cancelar Plano".

Digite o motivo do cancelamento e clique em "Cancelar".

Comunique o cliente sobre o cancelamento do plano antes de realizar a ação e aguarde a confirmação do cancelamento pelo cliente.

Após a confirmação do cancelamento pelo cliente, o plano será cancelado.
